Lauren brings the clinical depth, the dry wit, and a refusal to settle for outdated standards in healthcare. After years behind the chair as a dental hygienist, she followed her passion for airway, breathing, and whole-body wellness into myofunctional therapy — and never looked back.

Today she helps patients and providers connect the dots between airway, function, sleep, posture, nutrition, and overall health, and is a fierce patient advocate for the things most offices still aren't talking about.
